Regional sales executives

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you are responsible for achieving sales targets through the planning and implementation of effective sales strategies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform cold-calling and active sourcing for new leads in the identification of new businesses and expansion of customer base
  • Explore new avenues to achieve sales objectives
  • Deliver highest quality of service and foster strong long-term business relationship with customers through continuous communication and effort in helping customers to be profitable
  • Acute match of products with customers’ needs and wants based on sharp analysis of customers’ purchase behaviour, reordering pattern and other data-mining for higher sales opportunities
  • Ensure that customer expectations and needs are met by compiling with procedures in maintaining an efficient system within the department
  • Ensure customer statement of account are updated at all times
  • Pre and post sales follow-up with customers
  • Make sales plan for next sales trips.
  • Actively carry out competitor analysis and be updated about latest market trends.
  • Other ad-hoc sales operational duties, assigned from time to time

PRE-REQUISITES

  • Degree or Diploma holders of any discipline
  • Minimum 3 years’ International Sales experience
  • Interest in meeting people and market companies' capability
  • Great desire to succeed and results driven
  • Team Player with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good public relations and presentation skills
  • Confident and meticulous with strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Willing to look for improvement in system and procedure without request
  • Able to work under pressure and committed to work extra hours.
  • Willing to take responsibility on task delegated
  • Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer-oriented with excellent command of English and Mandarin
  • Frequent traveling is required of this role
